Professorship for Work and Organizational Psychology

Prof. Dr. Laurenz Meier

Welcome!

Work and Organizational Psychology examines how people experience work and how working conditions support or undermine well-being, motivation, and performance. It focuses on topics such as job design, stress and recovery, leadership and teamwork, and the work–nonwork interface. It also includes personnel selection and assessment, training and development, and evidence-based interventions in organizations.

Practice and Transfer

As part of our projects, we offer organizations targeted interventions and workshops. Topics range from health-promoting work design and the conscious organization of hybrid collaboration to the balance between work and private life.
