This website serves as a guideline and provides a helping hand for the first steps you should take as a new lab member. Please read through this page and make sure to take care of the checklist so we can onboard you as quickly as possible.
Automated Email for Access Requests
To start working with us, please fill out and send the «Confidentiality Declaration» (PDF, 81 KB) | «Geheimhaltungserklärung» (PDF, 109 KB)" as well as the «Regulations on the Use of IT Resources (REIM)» (PDF, 261 KB) (German). Please fill in all relevant information and attach both signed forms before sending the email, by using the links below. This will open up an email template.

Checklist: Getting Started
By sending the mail to our IT and adminstrative personnel, you should have already fulfilled all of the following points, except the OSF account. After hearing back from Michaela, Jan and Nicolas, please check if you have acess to everything listed below.
- Fill in «Confidentiality Declaration» and «REIM»
- Request access to MethLab Wiki
- Request access to MS Teams channel
- Request access to WhatsApp group chat
- Request access to calendars
- Request access to the offices, students room, EEG lab and cognitive testing room
- Request access to servers
- Request access to Science Cloud
- Request a new UZH printing account
- Subscribe to methlab mailing list
- Approach either Dawid or Marius to schedule an EEG lab tour
