The research group of Prof. emeritus Dr. Martin Kleinmann focuses on topics in work and organizational psychology. The team continues several research projects from the former Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology and investigates research questions related to personnel selection, assessment centers, leadership, and well-being in the workplace.
