Our Services

Treatment

We offer individual therapy sessions for adults during which you will, together with your therapist, develop an individual treatment plan and work on your problem.

Treatment duration and intensity vary depending on the presenting problem. Usually, between 20 and 40 sessions (50 minutes each) take place on a weekly basis.

We apply evidence-based methods that are grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy but also integrate methods and techniques from other therapeutic approaches.

On request, or in case psychiatric treatment is advisable, consultation of a psychiatrist can be provided.

Treatment elements, steps and goals will always be closely coordinated with you.
