Participant Information

The Interview Training includes the following steps which you might also encounter during a real hiring process:

1. Fill out the registration form (including a personality test; duration approximately 10 minutes)
2. Read the job ad to prepare for the simulated interview and send us your CV via e-mail (duration approximately 10 minutes)
3. Participate in the simulated job interview (live and online via zoom) and take an IQ-test (duration approximately 60 minutes)
4. Ask your supervisor to complete a short online questionnaire (duration approximately 10 minutes)
5. Fill out a final questionnaire (duration approximately 10 minutes)
6. Optional: Receive feedback on all steps of the Interview Training (duration approximately 15 minutes)

We will confirm your registration via e-mail. You will then be provided with additional information on the following steps and receive the zoom link for the online interview.
